Hi, I’m Erin Hudson — health sciences enthusiast, proud family member, amateur chef, and self-proclaimed expert in the art of short walks. You know, those little walks where you think you’re going to get your steps in, but really, you just end up circling the block because you got distracted by a cute dog or the smell of fresh bread wafting from a nearby bakery. Yep, that’s my kind of exercise.
My career path in health sciences might seem pretty straightforward, but I like to think of it as a delicious recipe with a pinch of this, a dash of that, and a whole lot of heart. Whether I’m managing patient care, documenting medical histories, or helping teams work like a well-oiled machine, I always bring my best—plus a good sense of humor. After all, what’s the point of a job if you don’t enjoy the ride, right?
Outside of work, I’m a firm believer that the best moments happen when you least expect them. Whether it’s a spontaneous family dinner (usually involving me whipping up something creative in the kitchen—like the time I tried to make sushi and ended up with a sushi burrito, but it tasted great!) or a weekend getaway to somewhere new, I’m all about making memories. My family, by the way, is my biggest cheerleader. They put up with my love of cooking (and sometimes odd culinary experiments) and support me on my travels, even if it’s just me taking a solo trip to the nearest farmers' market to find that perfect ingredient.
So, if you’re looking for someone who is not only dedicated to the science of health but also knows how to keep things light and fun (with maybe a few cooking disasters along the way), then I’m your person. I take pride in my work, but I also know that life’s too short to take everything seriously. After all, when you can laugh through the tough days and still cook a decent dinner, you’re winning.
